You have to trust your team mates; thus prove yourself to be trustworthy

“You have to trust your team mates; thus prove yourself to be trustworthy”

For the past months, I know that the distribution of work isn’t fair. Not fair enough if I would say that my team mates are trustworthy. When I moved to a new team 5 months ago, I knew something is fishy. And so my thoughts of doubts were confirmed yesterday. It’s not our fault to be moved into their team. But, we did not choose to replace them. It’s the administration who made that decision.

2 Weeks from now I will be moved again to a new team. There I felt I am welcome. Now, I realized that the team I worked on for 5 months was never worthy of my hard work and trust. Truthfulness was not shown and so I learned to doubt every word he say.

Meeting in Distress

dess

The meeting we had yesterday was terrible. We had different emotions and reactions. It’s like we had counseling that each of us had given a chance to speak.

“Teamwork” Everybody says “We need teamwork”. I always hear that word, but I never felt the spirit of it. That word came out again and again and again. I’ve had enough! I’m tired of listening to their pathetic and phony words. The thing that came up on my mind yesterday is that if you want to stay on the game then you have to deal with it. But if you don’t want to deal with it then pack your things and go home.

Yeah, it’s the golden rule in a corporate world. No other choice but to deal with some things which are sometimes wrong. (So wrong!) Go with the flow and work PROFESSIONALLY. Oh yeah, professionally! On my previous post, I just got it right. Work is work. Nothing but work. Colleagues are just colleagues. If you find friends then good for you it’s a bonus. And if not, I wouldn’t say that it’s bad for you but still okay. You’re in a corporate world because you have to work, not to have friends while earning money.

Protecting my home

dess

Four months ago my mom and I moved in to our new house and just now we realized that our place is not secured. Our neighbors are not vigilant on their surroundings and so I decided to have precautions.

My boyfriend helped me setting up the action plans. He told me to search for tools or home security systems in ensuring the safety of our house. While searching in Google’s brainy system I found HomeSecurityTeam.com. I browse around the site and it comes to my attention the great equipments that I could possibly use to protect our property against intruders. Another thing that makes me stick on exploring the site is their ADT Security System. Hmmm. So what is ADT then? It’s called American District Telegraph or also known as ADT Security. This is a famous security system which is now used in some parts of the world.

This might be a perfect tool for protection. However, I’m not sure if that is applicable in our country. Sad to say, I have to search again for a much realistic home security systems or other safety measures.

If you know ADT Security please feel free to drop a comment on this one. I need to know which countries is this applicable.
