My Globe Tattoo Broadband Kit
It’s really annoying that every time you have to go online you always have to rush on an Internet café. It’s really different if you have your own broadband at home or anywhere you want to surf online.
Good thing, Globe Tattoo Broadband came up in the market! The best part is that you can choose either prepaid or postpaid. But for those who don’t use internet that much I suggest you should go for prepaid. The kit now costs 895 pesos. So I guess everybody could afford to have this cool stuff.
For the first time users, before you can use it, it’s a must that the sim card (which is included in the kit) must be inserted to the usb modem (which provided also in the kit). Thereafter, an application from Globe must be installed in your computer or laptop. Just follow the installation process.
Don’t worry it’s really easy! Once you’ve got to install the application, you can find the Globe icon in your Desktop. Go through it then before you could start surfing it’s important that you have to set up the preferred network.
No worries, it’s also easy. Just go to Tools > Options > Network then choose the network. For me, I used WCDMA. But if you want to go mobile you can choose 3G instead.
The cool part also is that they have different Glob Tattoo Broadband Skins! Different artistic tattoo skins to choose from, the one I really love is the “Electric Brights”. If you want to view the samples you may log on their website and search for the Globe Tattoo Broadband Gallery.
For the prepaid users, always be reminded that for every 5 pesos of your load you can consume 15 minutes. Cool right?
I would suggest also that you should choose time-based charging instead of kb-based. Why? Because sometimes the speed our internet (depending in the area) is really slow, so it would really cost much. The Globe Tattoo Broadband is the easiest way to get connected at all times.
