Rewarding my tummy
Yesterday, I weigh myself at the clinic and so happy to say that from 60 kilos (132lbs) I managed to lose weight up to 58 kilos (128lbs).
Eating oatmeal really pays off. It helps me lose some weight and it gives me proper digestion! I hope next week I lose some more weight.
Anyhow, since today’s Friday (free day) I reward myself through eating Hashbrown for breakfast. I have read a blog yesterday about the happy tummy and I realized that mine’s not that happy since I’ve been eating oatmeal and fish since yesterday. So I better reward my self today. A piece of hash brown and a coffee. What a perfect breakfast!

Congrats with your loss! weight loss that is.
I’m also fond of eating oatmeal nowadays but there are times when we want to just eat to our heart’s content.

haha Thanks! I’ve been stopping myself not to eat too much..but after reading your post I think it’s time to reward my tummy..haha
