Meeting in Distress

The meeting we had yesterday was terrible. We had different emotions and reactions. It’s like we had counseling that each of us had given a chance to speak.

“Teamwork” Everybody says “We need teamwork”. I always hear that word, but I never felt the spirit of it. That word came out again and again and again. I’ve had enough! I’m tired of listening to their pathetic and phony words. The thing that came up on my mind yesterday is that if you want to stay on the game then you have to deal with it. But if you don’t want to deal with it then pack your things and go home.

Yeah, it’s the golden rule in a corporate world. No other choice but to deal with some things which are sometimes wrong. (So wrong!) Go with the flow and work PROFESSIONALLY. Oh yeah, professionally! On my previous post, I just got it right. Work is work. Nothing but work. Colleagues are just colleagues. If you find friends then good for you it’s a bonus. And if not, I wouldn’t say that it’s bad for you but still okay. You’re in a corporate world because you have to work, not to have friends while earning money.
